Job Type: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $60/hr - $65/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (18+). This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered treatment in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams and patient assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
Manage chronic conditions and develop care plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Prescribe medications and treatments.
Educate patients on health maintenance and prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
Master's degree in Nursing
Active state license and DEA registration
Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or related settings preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems
Strong clinical and documentation skills
