Nurse Practitioner (Family / Primary Care) MinuteClinic Flexible Schedule Team-Based Care
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our MinuteClinic team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working in a collaborative and flexible clinical environment.
Position Summary As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you will partner with a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive care to a panel of patients. You will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of health conditions.
Key Responsibilities - Provide primary and family evidence-based care , including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
- Manage acute and chronic conditions and develop appropriate care plans
- Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, wellness programs, and chronic disease management
Administrative Duties:
- Open and close clinic operations
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Handle patient appointments and follow-ups
- Verify insurance and collect payments
Requirements - Master s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification and active state NP license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience (family medicine, primary care, or urgent care)
- Strong understanding of chronic disease management and quality metrics
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and electronic)
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
- Ability to work in a remote, team-based care environment
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
