Nurse Practitioner (Family / Primary Care) MinuteClinic Flexible Schedule Team-Based Care

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our MinuteClinic team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working in a collaborative and flexible clinical environment.

Position Summary

As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you will partner with a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive care to a panel of patients. You will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family evidence-based care , including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions and develop appropriate care plans
  • Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing
  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, wellness programs, and chronic disease management

Administrative Duties:

  • Open and close clinic operations
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Handle patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Verify insurance and collect payments
Requirements
  • Master s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification and active state NP license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience (family medicine, primary care, or urgent care)
  • Strong understanding of chronic disease management and quality metrics
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and electronic)
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
  • Ability to work in a remote, team-based care environment
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
