We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative clinical care team providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a primary care setting. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Position Summary As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you will work alongside a supportive clinical care team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities - Provide evidence-based primary and family care , including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
- Develop and manage comprehensive care plans for patients
- Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing to support clinical decisions
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
- Support chronic condition management and preventive screenings
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Encourage patient engagement in their own health and wellness
Administrative Duties Include:
- Opening/closing clinic operations
- Inventory management and maintaining clinical supplies
- Patient follow-ups and appointment management
- Insurance verification and payment collection
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Requirements - Master s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification and active state NP license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience (Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care)
- Strong understanding of chronic disease management and quality metrics
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with technology and electronic medical systems
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Ability to work in a remote collaborative care team environment
Schedule & Work Environment - hours per week
- Rotating schedule including every 3rd weekend
- Float position across locations
