Duties:
Reports to the Dialysis Nurse Manager/Coordinator of the Dialysis program. Maintains a collaborative working relationship with the Medical Director, Manager, Technical Leader and all unit staff. Functions include admission and ongoing assessments of patients utilizing physical and psychosocial assessment skills, diagnostic data, and medical evaluations
