Primary Care Physician (IM/FM/EM/Geriatrics) San Fernando Valley, CA
- Outpatient PACE program focused on value-based care senior care
• Monday Friday, 8am 5pm schedule
• Average 8 patients/day with emphasis on quality care
• Home visits included
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Minimal rotating telephone call
• Medical Director growth opportunities available
Compensation: $275K $331K + quarterly bonus

• CME, malpractice with tail, and full benefits
• 2+ years of clinical experience required
• Geriatric, PACE, or leadership experience preferred
• California license (or ability to obtain)
