Are you seeking a high-impact hospitalist opportunity in a state-of-the-art facility? We are looking for a dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist to provide coverage at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho. This role offers the chance to work in a modern, 100-bed hospital designed for advanced care and reduced patient stress, featuring the latest in diagnostic and treatment technology.
The Opportunity This is an inpatient role within a 240,000-square-foot facility that serves as a healthcare hub for the region.
Clinical Scope: Provide comprehensive obstetric hospitalist services within a high-tech environment, including a 6-suite surgical operating theatre and an 18-bed ICU.
Shift Structure: 24-hour in-house shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM).

Ongoing Potential: PRN and sporadic openings are available for long-term collaboration.

Compensation & Travel Hourly Rates: Competitive pay starting at $234 per hour (includes malpractice coverage).
Travel Reimbursement: Full coverage for airfare (up to $750 cap), lodging (up to $179/night), and rental car ($50/day cap). Mileage for personal vehicles is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
Credentialing: This facility requires a high level of readiness; a dedicated recruitment team will assist in expediting the process.
Candidate Requirements To meet the urgent needs of this facility, candidates must satisfy the following:
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN.
Licensure: Active Idaho State Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) is required.
Availability: Must be able to cover the specific dates of July 10, 11, and 12.
Health & Safety: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required at the time of presentation.
Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last 30 days) and active BLS certification are required.
Ready for Credentialing: Must have CV (MM/YYYY format), case logs, and immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella) readily available.
