Required Credentials
- Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (must include AED).
- Photo identification (state or federal) to present at facility; registry personnel must wear facility photo badge at all times.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
- Deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Apply therapeutic modalities and instruct patients in use of assistive devices as appropriate.
- Provide patient and family education and maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress and treatments.
