ArchWell Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Bradenton, Florida. This is a
true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding role with a growing team at one of our well-established Gulf Coast locations.
What Makes This Opportunity Different- No weekends
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule
- Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities
- Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Gulf Coast market providers
- Dedicated admin time built into schedule
- $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed
- Annual quality metrics-based bonus (not RVU-driven)

Practice Model You will be supported by a dedicated care team, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden:

Who We re Looking For- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
