• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• 24-32 hours a week
• Schedule Tues, Wed, Friday, Option 1 day per week in nearby clinic on Thursdays
• Hours typically 8a-430pm
• NO Call
• Will see all ages
• 100% outpatient
• Seeking candidates with at least 2+ years of Family Practice outpatient experience
• 60-80/hr depending on experience
