Full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services in skilled nursing facilities in the Auburn and Cortland areas, approximately 30 minutes from Syracuse.

Qualifications
- Active New York NP or PA license (or eligible)
- Active DEA
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing, or other adult-focused settings preferred
