Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology physician to join a well-established and growing oncology practice in Northern Colorado. This is a permanent position only (no locums or locums-to-perm).
Job Description
The physician will:
Manage all forms of cancer, with a strong focus on Breast Oncology and Gynecologic Medical Oncology
Deliver high-quality patient care within a busy, established practice of three physicians and three APPs
Conduct and contribute to extensive clinical research, particularly in breast cancer
Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide for patient management
Work a flexible four-day work week
Share minimal call coverage among 15 clinicians
Stay current with emerging treatments and technology to support innovative patient care

Submission Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Hematology & Oncology Required (no exceptions)
Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain Required
Clean malpractice and license history Highly preferred
NPDB Self-Query Report (issued within the last 30 days) Required
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) Required
Visa support needed (J1 or H1B) Required
