Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician

A large, physician-led healthcare network in New York s Capital Region is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a growing cardiology team serving Albany and Troy, NY.

️ Schedule Options (Choose Your Fit)

Option 1: Weekend Rounding Only

• Fri Sun 12 PM 12 AM

• Inpatient rounding only (no clinic)

Option 2: Traditional Hospital + Clinic

• 40-hour workweek

• Outpatient clinic + inpatient rounding

• 1:5 weekend call rotation

Option 3: Hospital-Only Model

• 7-on / 7-off (7 AM 7 PM)

• No clinic responsibilities

• Team coverage days, solo evenings

Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient & outpatient non-invasive cardiology care

• Hospital rounding and outpatient clinic visits

• Avg patients per clinic day

• Shared inpatient census of patients/day

• Weekend call: 1:5 rotation

• Rare overnight in-person calls due to 24/7 in-house support

• Collaborative, team-based cardiology practice

️ Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Cardiology

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (or obtain within 2 years)

• Fellowship-trained in Cardiology (completed prior to start)

• NY license (or willing to obtain)

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA

• Clean malpractice history
  

• No locums candidates

• Lapsed board certification not accepted

• Open to 2026 new graduates

• Must be willing to work across Albany & Troy locations
