- 32 hours clinic time
- 8 hours paid administrative time
- No Call
- Overtime:
- Daily OT after 8 hours (fixed)
- Weekly OT after 168 hours (fixed)
WORKSITE SETTING: Outpatient Adult Primary Care
SCOPE OF WORK: - Adult Primary Care outpatient coverage
- Coverage-based assignment
- No trauma
- No telehealth
- Physicians only
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Adult primary care visits
- Team-based model of care
- Standard visit durations:
- 30-minute established patient visits
- 45-minute new patient visits (new patients not expected to be standard)
- Occasional 15-minute urgent visits
- Standard 4-hour clinic sessions templated for 8 10 patients
VOLUME SUPPORT: - Patient Volume:
- 18 patients per day
- 70 patients per week
- Support Structure:
- 1:1 Medical Assistant support
- 8 Advanced Practitioners (physician APP pairing model)
- 30 medical residents (optional involvement)
- Assigned administrative assistant
- 8 RNs for triage and floor support
- Onsite & embedded support:
- Psychiatry
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Pharmacists
- Rheumatology
- Centralized in-basket pools (screened before reaching providers)
- Easy access to labs, imaging, and same-day fast-track CT scans

LICENSURES CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: Active MA license preferred Active DEA w/MA address Required Active MA CSR Required Board Certified ABIM or ABFM ACLS, BLS

- MAs perform advanced Epic-supported rooming, reconciliation, care gaps, order pending, immunizations, and checkout
