Histotechnologist

Position Function: Prepares and mounts high quality microscopic slides for interpretation by the pathologists. Works independently without constant supervision.

Education: Completion of accredited histo-tech program or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required.
• Experience in a hospital clinical laboratory desirable.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Certified or certification eligible by the American Society for Clinical Pathology required.
