Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. The RN provides care through the nursing process, utilizing nursing trends, technology, and resources within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include performing unit-specific duties, implementing procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, developing and modifying care plans, ensuring patient and employee safety, and fostering professional development among peers.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking)
• Basic computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets, email, web browsers)
