We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join an established outpatient practice dedicated exclusively to caring for adults age 65 and older.
This opportunity offers the chance to practice value-based medicine with smaller patient panels, a collaborative clinical team, and a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management.
You'll work alongside an experienced physician and nurse practitioner in a supportive environment that prioritizes quality outcomes and meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Focus on preventative medicine and chronic disease management
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise Advanced Practice Providers as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in quality and population health initiatives
Qualifications
Required
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Geriatric Medicine
Active North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
Minimum of two years of physician practice experience
Experience caring for adults age 65+
Experience practicing in a value-based care environment
