Job Responsibilities
- Annual Wellness Visits
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive care
- Acute outpatient visits
- Adult and geriatric patient care
- Participate in rotating call schedule
Qualifications
- BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Geriatrics experience preferred
- Active AZ license or IMLC with LOQ
- Minimum 2 years experience
- DEA preferred
- Clean malpractice/background
Working Hours Weekday Shifts
• Tuesday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
Weekend Shifts
• Rotating 24-hour call coverage
