Kidney Clinic is growing and seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our nephrology practice. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work closely with our physicians in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease, dialysis needs, and hospital-based nephrology care.The Nurse Practitioner will assist with CKD clinic visits, outpatient dialysis rounding, and hospital coverage while helping support continuity of care for our patients across multiple settings.New graduates are welcome to apply.
