South Jersey Commercial Plumbing Company in business 25+ years seeking Journeyman Plumbers.
Applicants should be lead mechanics able to work and supervise others in all phases of commercial plumbing including layout and installation for tenant fit outs and/or new construction projects.
Responsibilities include all phases of commercial plumbing but not limited to:
Review blueprints for optimal work procedures
Install new commercial plumbing according to blueprints and codes.
Lay out, install copper/PVC piping and setting fixtures in all phases of below and above ground plumbing.
Set rooftop units for HVAC, and run refrigeration as well as med gas lines
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial plumbing preferred
Valid driver's license and hand tools required
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload (job requires climbing ladders, hand digging trenches, carrying fixtures, and the use of lifts and/or excavators
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; excellent verbal communication skills
