As we expand our services, we are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team and help deliver reliable plumbing solutions to our customers.
Position Overview
The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering professional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
Install and replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
Service and install water heaters (tank and tankless)
Perform drain cleaning and sewer line inspections
Interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers
Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
Valid plumbing license (if required by state/local regulations)
3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
Experience in residential and commercial plumbing
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read technical drawings and plumbing layouts
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
Sewer jet operation knowledge is a big plus
