️ Wire Harness Technician ️
A growing avionics manufacturer is hiring a Wire Harness Technician to develop new products, improve existing designs, and keep production running clean. If you like solving real technical problems - not just documenting them - and want your work flying in actual aircraft, this one's for you.
What you'll do:
Design and develop solutions using simulation and modeling to support new products and process changes
Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and machinery, and identify non-compliant products before they ship
Build and improve production processes - coordinating inspectors, service providers, and technical resources
Lead production technicians on special projects
Support ISO 9001, AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, and safety initiatives
Test new designs and drive efficiency across the floor
What you bring:
Bachelor's in engineering OR 7-10 years of hands-on field experience
Proven troubleshooting on manufacturing processes and machinery
Strong CAD and data-analysis software skills
Sharp attention to detail and high manual dexterity
Clear written and verbal communication
Project management experience (a strong plus)
