American Leak Detection is seeking an experienced, licensed Master Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and accurate plumbing diagnostics.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Master Plumber who enjoys solving complex plumbing issues, working independently, and helping develop the next generation of skilled plumbers.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced residential plumbing repairs, service, and diagnostics.
- Prepare accurate job estimates and detailed scopes of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support, train, and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and customer-focused service on every job.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
Qualifications
- Active Master Plumber License (Required).
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience.
- Previous estimating experience is required.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
