Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency plumbing services including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new plumbing technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service plumber.
• Valid plumbing license in New York State.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Must be knowledgeable on Navian boilers and/or other high efficiency boilers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency services as needed.
