Job Title: Deli Team Member - Touch of Italy (Ocean City, MD)

Job Description:
Touch of Italy in Ocean City, MD is looking for Deli Team Members to join our team. This position works in our Italian deli preparing sandwiches, slicing meats and cheeses, preparing salads, and helping guests at the counter. This is a fast-paced position and is great for someone who likes to stay busy and work with a team. Seasonal and year-round positions available. Great position for students, seasonal workers, or anyone looking to get into the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sandwiches, paninis, salads, and deli items
Slice meats and cheeses
Set up and stock deli display and sandwich station
Take guest orders and provide friendly customer service
Operate POS system and handle payments
Keep work area clean and organized
Restock products and help put away deliveries
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Positive attitude and team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand for long periods of time
Nights, weekends, and holidays required (especially during summer season)
Food service experience is helpful but not required - we will train the right person
