We are seeking trustworthy and Honest Plumbers
Journeyman
The selected individual will perform construction or house calls.
(we have had both come in and learn the other side within a couple months training)
Responsibilities: What EZ Repair Does
- Residential and Commercial Plumbing
- Opportunity to learn both commercial and residential plumbing
- Pay is based off of skill set and work ethic (Average tech salary is 128,000 a year)
- Generally will be a good fit for a plumber or tech who is underpaid at their current position, or would be more successful working for themselves than a company.
- Also a good fit for plumbers who are tired of running their own business as well.
Benefits:
- 2 separate tracks provided for plumbers:
- 1) Work as fully independent contractor on percentage based pay per job reconciling every week
- This is more for individuals who are veterans of the field and would like to make 120k-145k a year without running a business.
- 2) Work as a W-2, benefits provided
- More structure, and less over all pay but standard employee and steady pay provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- References will be reviewed during the interview if this is not possible brief explanation is needed
