About the Role:Panhandle Puddle Pools LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Master Pool Technician to join our team in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL! This is your chance to dive into a rewarding career where your expertise keeps pools sparkling and customers smiling all year long.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and skimming
- Test and balance water chemistry including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness levels
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Identify and resolve leaks, plumbing issues, and structural concerns
- Install and upgrade pool equipment and accessories as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Manage and organize service route efficiently across the Panama City Beach area
Requirements:- Proven experience as a pool technician, with master-level knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience repairing and installing pool equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions year-round
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
