Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

A rural Critical Access Hospital in North-Central Iowa is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for a full-time inpatient role. This is a strong fit for a rural-minded Hospitalist NP who wants autonomy, predictable income, practical support, and a schedule that actually creates time away from work.

• Daytime shifts with flexible hours: 7am 4pm or 8am 5pm
• Average daily census of 8 with predominantly low acuity
• No ICU or ER coverage
• $150,000 $160,000 base salary, based on experience
• $15,000 signing bonus, $4,000 annual loan repayment
• $5,000 $10,000 relocation, and $3,000 annual CME
• Onsite lab, pharmacy, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound
