We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with Behavioral Health experience or a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a collaborative clinical team providing behavioral health assessments, evaluations, and medication management services. Position Details

- Schedule: Par time
- Hours: 12 Hours per Week
- Start Date: After Credentialing 10-12 days
- Openings: 1
- Compensation: Weekly Pay Negotiable Rates
- EMR: NextGen
- Client Interview: Required
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments, evaluations, and medication management services
- Complete approximately 3 4 assessments per day with dedicated charting time
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
- Support integrated treatment approaches for behavioral health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
- Ensure compliance with Oregon licensure requirements, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with peer-delivered services and community-based organizations to enhance continuity of care
- Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented treatment practices
- Support crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization planning when needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in NextGen EMR
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture focused on quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority
- Nurse Practitioner with behavioral health experience or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and culturally responsive care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, community health, or integrated care settings
- Experience working within substance use disorder treatment programs
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Knowledge of Oregon healthcare and behavioral health systems
