We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with Behavioral Health experience or a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a collaborative clinical team providing behavioral health assessments, evaluations, and medication management services. This opportunity is ideal for providers passionate about integrated care, patient advocacy, and improving outcomes for individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges.

Position Details
  • Position: Nurse Practitioner (Behavioral Health Experience) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Location: Oregon
  • Schedule: Par time
  • Hours: 12 Hours per Week
  • Start Date: After Credentialing 10-12 days
  • Openings: 1
  • Compensation: Weekly Pay Negotiable Rates
  • EMR: NextGen
  • Client Interview: Required
Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments, evaluations, and medication management services
  • Complete approximately 3 4 assessments per day with dedicated charting time
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Support integrated treatment approaches for behavioral health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development
  • Ensure compliance with Oregon licensure requirements, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with peer-delivered services and community-based organizations to enhance continuity of care
  • Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented treatment practices
  • Support crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization planning when needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in NextGen EMR
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture focused on quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
  • DEA registration and prescriptive authority
  • Nurse Practitioner with behavioral health experience or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and culturally responsive care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, community health, or integrated care settings
  • Experience working within substance use disorder treatment programs
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
  • Knowledge of Oregon healthcare and behavioral health systems
