What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care in a low-volume, solo provider setting
- Support staff includes Advanced Practice Providers and three physicians
- Manage approximately 15 patients per day, primarily outpatient consultations and treatments
- Utilize Meditech EMR system for patient documentation
- Support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in maintaining clinic workflows and quality standards
- Collaborate with support staff and other providers to ensure smooth operations
What You Need
- Active and valid medical license in Kentucky
- Board certification in Hematology and Oncology
- Recent (within the last 2-3 years) patient-facing clinical experience
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient Hem/Onc care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
