• Locations: Chicago, IL
• Preferred schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 5pm
• Patient Population: Geriatrics Ages 65+
• PPD: 18-21 PPD
• Credentialing: 30-90 Days
• Background and Certifications required:
• Candidates must be BC or BE in IM or FM
• Must have unrestricted IL License
• Support: Full office staff and midlevels
