Position Details- Surgical Footprint: 10 modern ORs on the main Beverly campus + 4 additional ORs at the
nearby Danvers Ambulatory Surgery Center- Technology: Fully integrated Epic EMR, da Vinci robots, advanced laparoscopy and minimally
invasive instrumentation- Support Structure: Dedicated surgical blocks, full-time Surgical Schedulers, specialized OR
Billing Coordinators, and experienced Medical Assistants- High-volume bread-and-butter general surgery, acute care surgery, and advanced minimally invasive procedures
- Equitable, structured call rotation covering the Emergency Department and inpatient consults designed to maximize predictable time off
- Active participation in network-wide quality improvement panels and local OR Executive Committee initiatives
Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Active or eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure, MA controlled substance
registration, and Federal DEA
