Scope
Comprehensive outpatient primary care including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Patient population ages 12+ with onsite support staff.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina medical license
- DEA + SC CSR
- Board Certified (ABFM or equivalent)
- Clean background; no malpractice history (required for temporary privileges)
- Comfortable with an efficient, team-supported clinic workflow
