Position Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group serving communities across Brooklyn and greater NYC. Practice Environment - Multi-site outpatient network across Brooklyn
- Locations may include: Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, East Flatbush
- Team-based model with MDs, NPs, PAs, and specialists
- Integrated services including diagnostics, imaging, and specialty care
- Centralized administrative and clinical support
Patient Population - Diverse NYC patient base
- Adults and geriatric patients (some pediatrics depending on site)
- Mix of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
- Emphasis on preventive care and long-term patient management
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $210,000 $250,000
- Productivity bonus potential (RVU/collections-based)
- Full benefits package (health, malpractice, PTO)
- Earning potential up to $300K+ with productivity
