Locums Critical Care Nurse Practitioner in Peoria, Illinois - High Acuity ICU, Flexible Blocks
Work in a high-acuity ICU environment with recurring PRN coverage opportunities and exposure to complex critical care patients. Ideal for experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioners seeking block scheduling flexibility.
Practice & Cases:
- Neuro, Cardiac, and Medical ICU step-down coverage
- Manage approximately 10-15 patients per shift
- Central and arterial line placement required
- Care for ECMO, VAD, transplant, neurocritical care, and cardiovascular surgery patients
Schedule:
- Night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Flexible PRN scheduling opportunities
- Minimum of 4 consecutive shifts per month required
- No call responsibilities
Requirements:
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner
- Active Illinois license required
- Board certification required
- BLS and DEA required
