• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Prescribe medications, controlled substances, and medical devices in accordance with applicable regulations
• Provide preventive healthcare and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members as needed
Qualifications• Current Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license
• Active state licensure and certification required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred
