We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens Neurosurgery opportunity with a highly respected academic medical center in Northern California. This is an inpatient-only position supporting a high-volume spine service focused on post-operative management and care coordination.

Clinical Responsibilities
Providers will support a busy inpatient spine service managing:

Team Structure & Volume
Collaborative environment with APPs and residents
High-volume spine service
Approximately patients per day shared among the care team
Required Qualifications
Active California NP license required
Board certification required (ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, or ACNPC)
AHA BLS certification required
California DEA with Schedule II authority required
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience preferred
Must have experience managing pre- and post-operative spine surgery patients
Academic medical center experience strongly preferred
