Professional Development Program Specialist

CrossState Credit Union Association (CrossState) is a regional trade Association serving credit unions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. CrossState is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative education professional to join our team as a Professional Development Program Specialist. This role will report to and work closely with the Senior Manager, Education & Events to lead the strategy, development, and execution of CrossState's professional development and education programming. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences that align with member needs and organizational priorities across conferences, webinars, peer groups, and online learning platforms.
