Job description

  • 18-21 PPD
  • All ages
  • Float locations only between West clinic and Express Care
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
  • IUD insertion and or suboxone injection experience is a plus, not required
  • 40 Hours per week as needed. (4x10 or 5x8 M-F)
  • Medical Director Dr. Mendez will oversee the Locum
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Experience in prior Community Health settings is Highly desired.
  • Bread and Butter Community Health cases
  • Highly prefer local candidates, as this assignment may extend longer.
  • Open to Travel and lodging for the right candidate.
