What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams on patient management
  • Participate in high-risk deliveries and assist with advanced neonatal procedures
  • Educate families and support their involvement in care planning
  • Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
  • Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, especially designed for new graduates
  • Support pediatric subspecialty care such as surgery, cardiology, and neurology
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
    • Active Michigan RN license
    • Recent neonatal care experience (2+ years preferred) or new graduate readiness with strong clinical skills
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in high-acuity NICU environments
    • Strong collaborative and communication skills
