Job description

  • Schedule: 7 Days (7:00pm - 7:00am) every 3 rd Week
  • Setting: Acute Care Hospital
  • Job Details:
    • Provider works independently at night with an on-call physician
    • Patients per day: Average 29
    • Patient population/age: Adult/Geriatric (18-100)
    • Department description: 26 medsurg beds, 16 CCU beds, and 10 geriatric psych beds
  • Requirements: Active IN License, ACLS or BLS Required, DEA & CSR Required, Meditech Charting Experience, 2 Years of Experience Required
  • Credentialing Timeline: 60 Days
  • Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered.
