Job SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Marshall, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care to patients across all ages.Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum family medicine services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management
- Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, wellness visits, and routine screenings
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications
- Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team Schedule & Compensation
