Practice Details - Adult (80%) / Trauma (20%) case mix
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- 60 surgical cases per day
- 50% General
- 10% Neuro
- 20% Complex Vascular
- 20% Complex Orthopedic
- 22 Operating Rooms
- EMR: Epic (Hospital & Surgical Center)
Team Structure - 55 Anesthesiologists
- 30 CRNAs
- Care team model with physician supervision
- Supervision required 40% of time (CRNAs/AAs, up to 3 at a time)
- Other anesthesiologists always onsite
Responsibilities - Provide anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures
- Supervise CRNAs/AAs as needed
- Manage acute patient care including ventilation, BP, and volume status
- No responsibility for anesthesia chart preparation
- Access to full difficult airway equipment

- Acute Pain Management
- Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia (including ultrasound-guided blocks)
- Central & Arterial Line Placement
- Obstetrical Cases
- Neurosurgical Cases
- Complex Vascular (no open heart)
- Complex Orthopedic Cases
- IV Regional Anesthesia & Minor Nerve Blocks
Additional Details - Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
