Job description

  • Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
  • Ideally, would like someone for July and the first two weeks of August. It is possible we will need them through December; 4 days a week ok or if prefer 5
  • Schedule: Need 4-5 days every week Mon-Thurs 8a-4p, Friday 8a-3p
  • NO Call
  • Typical Cases Seen: Annual wellness visits, physicals, well child visits, sick visits, ER follow up, hospital follow up, pre op visits
  • EMR: eClinical Works
  • Certifications: PA license or IMLC, BC, DEA
  • Privileges Available: Full Privileges;Temp Privileges;Emergency Privileges
  • Estimated 45 day credentialing timeframe
