Compensation & Recruitment Package:- Salary range: $117,000 - $128,304
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000

Job Qualifications:- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- New York State NP/PA license or eligibility
- BLS certification required
- DEA required
- GI or liver disease interest preferred
