SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Neurosurgical Physician Assistant to provide coverage for a client of ours in New York.
Qualifications:
- License requirements: New York
- Certification requirements: PA-C
- July start
Job Summary:
- Shift times: Monday to Friday; 8AM-5PM
- Call Details (if applicable): No required, but optional call is available
- Case types (if applicable): Spine Surgery 80% cranial cases 20%
- OR, Clinic, IP rounding
- 5-7 surgeries/week
- 3 MDs + 1 APP
- Procedures: Physician Assistant will first assist in surgery and perform minor procedures including suturing wounds and wound aspirations
- EMR: Epic
