Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals when needed
Participate in improving innovative clinical workflows and care models
Support corporate health initiatives and wellness programs
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Requirements:
Active Minnesota NP or PA License
Board Certified
Current CPR Certification
New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
Preferred:
3-5 years of Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care experience
Athena EMR experience preferred
