Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Follow quality control procedures and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
