New Interventional Radiologist Needed Private Practice $800K+ Potential Partnership 12 Weeks PTO

A physician-owned private radiology group in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established program with strong procedural demand and a clear pathway to partnership.

Practice Overview

Join a team of 7 radiologists, including 3 Interventional Radiologists, in a busy and well-supported program serving the region for decades.

Practice includes:

• Outpatient clinic for pre-procedural consultations
• Inpatient consult service
• Procedures performed at two hospitals, including a Level II Trauma Center

Common procedures include:

• Peripheral vascular disease interventions
• Oncology procedures (liver, lung, renal)
• Cirrhosis-related interventions
• DVT and venous disease treatment
• Fibroid embolization
• Vertebral compression fracture procedures
• Carotid and vascular interventions

Volume expectations:

Up to 12 procedures per day, depending on case load
4 6 clinic patients per half day

Diagnostic reads are optional for additional income!

Support team includes:

• 2 Nurse Practitioners
• RN support staff
• Radiology Technologists
• Clinical Coordinator

Schedule

• Monday Friday schedule
4-day workweek option available
Call is 1:3 and shared equally
• Average 2 4 inpatient consults per day

This schedule allows physicians to maintain strong productivity while still enjoying excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 75% Tile MGMA
Earning Potential: $800K+ with partnership
$75,000 Signing Bonus
