Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $230,000 annual base salary
- Productivity Bonus: $50,000 annually
- CME Allowance: $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
- CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME or personal use
- Licensing and DEA: Covered by the practice
- Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays annually
- Sick Days: 5 sick days per year
- Health and Dental Insurance: Comprehensive coverage
- Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage: Included
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer contributions
