Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate equipment and tools safely to support assembly processes.
- Prepare kits, material kitting, and load/unload materials as required.
- Assist in creating and maintaining standard work procedures.
- Conduct screen printing and perform basic equipment maintenance when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk around the warehouse, and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible to work different shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Shift details: - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM $21.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM $21.00/hour + 15% shift differential

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
